How to disassemble the System and Properly Store the Parts & Pieces in the Storage Box:

1. The first step when dismantling the system and preparing the box for storage is to remove the green screen and fold it such that the final width is about 12-16” W;
2. ALL of the green screens are approximately 5’H which means that the length of the green screen, when folded, exceeds the length of the box. You will want to fold approximately 1’ of the fabric UNDER the folded fabric so that it will fit in the box;
3. Once folded properly, then place this at the bottom of the box;
4. Leave the Clamps OUT OF THE BOX until all of the PVC has been placed into the box;
5. Place whatever PVC legs that are currently in the box that were not used, i.e., GREEN, YELLOW or BLACK PVC “Legs” on top of the folded green screen;
6. You are now ready to dismantle the system. This is done from the top down;
7. The first pieces of PVC that you will disassemble that will go into the box on top of the green screen, will be the vertical 4’ BLACK PVC and followed by the horizontal WHITE PVC pipe;
8. Place the “L”, “T” and “Cross” (if using the 8’ Full System) connectors at the top and bottom of the box filling in the gaps between the PVC pipe;
9. Disassemble the “Leg” from the “Foot” (which makes up the base) and place these in the box to ensure that the “T” that connects in the center of the “Foot” will not obstruct the box flaps from closing;
10. Add in the “clamps” in the spaces that permit the ease of placement inside of the box;  (images provided below)
11. Close the flaps of the box and ensure that no parts are obstructing the flaps from coming together at the center seam;
12. Add the straps and buckle them as demonstrated in this video so that the box can be stored properly until the next time that it is needed.  (video embedded below)
